Hello! My name is Kathleen McVicker and I am a small sourdough baker based out of La Grande, Oregon. When I was 8 years old, my family decided to eat gluten free to support my sisters in their health journeys. Little did we know, I also had reactions to wheat. Over 10 years later and I have discovered that I can safely digest sourdough bread products because of the fermentation process. This meant buying REAL sourdough, that went through the correct fermentation process. After 3 years of buying sourdough, I decided to learn how to make it. I hope everyone can enjoy each loaf as much as I do.
